Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Stroller Strides is a 60 minute, full-body conditioning workout that gets mamas on the move with strength and cardio intervals perfectly suited to the mom’s individual needs and desires. It is a stroller-based workout that incorporates exercise bands, the environment and fun with baby to create a unique workout experience. Stroller Strides helps mama prioritize self-care and build her strength in motherhood.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to find strength in motherhood. Each session is focused on two (HIIT) high intensity interval training workouts per week to maximize mom’s time, or lack thereof. The classes include cardio, strength and core as well as mindful meditation so you rebuild from within. Also included: 10 supplemental at home video workouts, nutrition guides, coaching and support. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, mama!
