Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre Classes are INSIDE for the winter!!! Please stay tuned to our class schedule each morning after 7:30am. To see a snapshot of our schedule go to the FAQ's section. We will continue to use The Westchester Mall as our primary indoor location. We also have St. Theresa's Catholic School in Briarcliff Manor for a later start time. Stroller Strides afternoon classes will take a break from November through April and will be reevaluated in the spring.

Teacher Summer Special Stroller Pass - Unlimited classes for $235 (includes resistance bands and ball for Barre classes). Pass is good from June 12, 2017 - September 2, 2017

Body Back Boost classes in Briarcliff Manor are OUTSIDE at Law Memorial Park Pavilion until December, weather permitting. Classes are from 5:35am - 6:35am so you have more time to get ready for work and get your kids off to school! These are open classes now so you don't have to commit to both classes per week and you can join in at any time. Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, At Home workouts and Food Journals.

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. These classes provide a mix of cardio, strength and core exercises to give you the strength you need in motherhood.


Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.
